Designed with our community in mind, Inner Studio is a lush, green and light-filled, stress resilience training facility that offers:
Classes begin with 45 minutes of guided breathwork, meditation or movement.
You then have plenty of time to explore the studio to sweat, relax and test your limits in our concrete plunge pools and traditional sauna.
Bring a towel, bathers and water bottle, which you can top up from our filtered water fountain on-site. Be prepared to sweat.
If you forget something – or just prefer to travel light – we also offer towels and drink bottles to rent or purchase.
We keep the sauna between 80-85 degrees Celcius.

No experience or level of fitness is needed — we just ask you to come with an open mind and a willingness to push yourself.
Our studio isn’t designed for drop-ins. Stress resilience is best developed as a way of life, with benefits compounding over time. For this reason, we strongly recommend an unlimited studio membership which gives you access to unlimited sauna & plunge as well as guided classes. However, if you’re unable to commit to the studio regularly or are from out of town, we offer casual passes at $45 per session to use any of the facilities.
We know life is unpredictable so our memberships are no lock-in contracts after the first 2 week commitment.
