Acoustically engineered breathwork room.

Traditional sauna.

Hot (38°C) and cold (5°C) concrete plunge pools.

Chill out area with a fireplace and tea station.

How a class works

Classes begin with 45 minutes of guided breathwork or movement.

You then have plenty of time to explore the studio to sweat, relax and test your limits in our concrete plunge pools and traditional sauna
