How long do the classes run for?
Classes run for approx 50 minutes, but you have up to 75 minutes use of the space if you would like to stay longer
How many classes should I do a week?
We recommend 2-3 classes per week, with minimum one AWAKEN session.
Research suggests 11 minutes of cold exposure per week for optimal physical health, mental health and performance. Per session we recommend 3 minutes cold plunge, so visit 3 times per week for best results.
What should I bring?
Bring a towel, thongs and water bottle, which you can top up from our filtered water fountain on-site. Be prepared to sweat.
If you forget something - or just prefer to travel light - we also offer towels and drink bottles to rent or purchase.
How hot is the sauna?
We keep the sauna between 75-80 degrees Celcius.
Can I come to the studio without doing a class?
Yes, just book our open Sauna & Plunge sessions in our schedule.
Do I need to be fit or skilled to try a class
No experience or level of fitness is needed — we just ask you to come with an open mind and a willingness to push yourself.
How much does it cost?
Our studio isn't designed for drop-ins. Stress resilience is best developed as a way of life, with benefits compounding over time. For this reason, we strongly recommend a membership which gives you access to unlimited sauna & plunge as well as guided classes. However, if you’re unable to commit to the studio regularly or are from out of town, we offer casual passes at $45 per session for sauna & plunge only or $49 per session for a class, sauna & plunge.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
We know life is unpredictable so our memberships are no lock-in contract. We just require at least two weeks notice.
